MASTER OF SCIENCE IN NURSING EDUCATION (MSN-Ed.) PROGRAM
MASTER OF SCIENCE IN NURSING EDUCATION (MSN-Ed.) PROGRAM
According to the National Library of Medicine, the nursing profession continues to grapple with shortages attributed to insufficient educators, high turnover rates, and uneven workforce distribution. The Master of Science in Nursing with an Emphasis in Nursing Education (MSN-Ed) degree, offered as a 12-month asynchronous online program at South Florida Nursing College (SNC), addresses these challenges.
What Can you do with the MSN-ED?
This advanced program is designed for nurses holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) who aspire to play a pivotal role in educating the next generation of nursing professionals. MSN-Ed graduates from GlobalTell College of Florida are well-prepared for positions in academic and healthcare settings, including roles as Nurse Educators and Curriculum Developers. The curriculum thoughtfully combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications, ensuring that graduates are equipped to meet the evolving demands of nursing education. The MSN-Ed program is designed for nurses who aspire to roles in nursing education, leadership, and advanced clinical practice. It focuses on developing their skills in curriculum design, teaching strategies, educational theory, and leadership within the field of nursing education.
